          I spent nearly a decade at The Hollywood Reporter where I interviewed dozens of influential figures and edited the annual 35 Most Powerful People in Media list. Before that, I spent my formative early years under the pressure of daily deadlines as a reporter for big city newspapers including The Boston Herald and New York Daily News.
